Roamease provides travel, tourism, transportation, Hajj/Umrah facilitation, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates, availability, and seasonal demand.

• Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges vary by service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• Roamease will assist with refund requests but cannot guarantee full reimbursement.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 working days.

4. Travel Requirements

• Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents.

• Roamease is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability

• Roamease acts as an agent for travel service providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses beyond our control.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
